Effective March 17, 2022, all positions and locations are eligible for the incentive.
Referrals must be submitted PRIOR to employee hire and start date.
The incentive is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment or is laid off for the season in good standing.
The referring employee must be employed with Whissell at the time of the scheduled payment.
INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure that employees receive credit for successful referrals and to manage the submission process, all referrals must follow the instructions to receive credit for a referral.
- All referral submissions must be emailed to the assigned Whissell email account -EmployeeReferrals@whissell.ca
- Only referrals submitted through the EmployeeReferrals@whissell.ca email account will be considered eligible.
- Email submissions are date and time stamped, for tracking purposes.
- When a candidate is submitted by multiple Whissell employees, the credit will be given to the employee who submitted the referral first.
- The following information must be included in the email submission:
- Employee Name (Your name)
- Employee Location (Where you work)
- Referral Name (who you are referring)
- Referral Email
- Referral telephone number
- Location for the referral (Where is the applicant applying)
